Concert Too Loud

Last night my lady and I attended a country music concert. The band was excellent, the singing was strong, and the music was outstanding. 49 Winchester, from Castlewood VA, if you haven’t heard, can rock!   The problem I had was the level of audio. I’m sitting in the ADA section… because I have a disability and why not… and I can’t hear any of the words being sung. Oh the music was off the chain, but the audio engineer couldn’t get the voice of the artist to be heard unless the singer shouted.   Come on dude! I paid hard earned shekels to hear these fine performers. The least you can do is get the mixer working so that the guitar isn’t louder than the person holding it.   Needless to say …Herself isn’t interested in going back to that venue. Come to think of it, neither am I.

Hello World

Yes… I know. Everybody in the world, or at least it seems so, has a blog. This one is mine. It’s not the place you need to be if you’re in the mood for high level content, or life changing advice. Its my little corner of the interwebs where I say what I feel, and don’t care who sees it, or how it is received.
